On the border of Kirovohrad and Mykolayiv regions, near the town of Pervomaisk, there is a unique museum, which not so long ago was a highly classified missile base, part of the 46th Missile Division. The base had ten RS-22A missiles silos aimed at Western Europe. It was decommissioned as part of START program and turned into a museum in 2001.
