For our tapas-themed night we sampled some delish Roasted Tomato Gazpacho, savory Shrimp with Romesco Sauce, too-beautiful-to-eat Manchego & Quince skewers and luscious Tuna-Stuffed Avocados, finishing with a little jiggly Caramel Cardamom Flan. All of the above delicacies were accompanied by the killer cachaca white wine sangria and fresh green grape and camomile juitea.
